That did'nt take long. I always expected that this variant was making its way into the online market rather quickly. The antes will spice up the game, and in the short deck a lot of the duds are removed, so more players will try to have a shot at the pot. Bigger pots -> bigger rake.

These short deck games are becoming more and more popular and it is no surprise to see Party Poker doing this. The way that this variant of the game is growing, i wouldnt be surprised if it overtook NLHE before long as the most popular

It's an attractive game but i do not like that: The operator protects players from losing a lot of money. That means players play a lot and they do not lose much money but the operator wins commissions because time passes and they collect. The players will decide if this game will be successful for a long period of time or not.

Party poker seems to follow the trend by launching new poker games. They are trying to keep the game to a certain level, by keeping players happy and busy with new formats Everything to keep that rake coming to their pockets

The future will bring good news, if party poker decides to pay some money to portugal \for all the licenses etc. And if they are not seeing your country as a profitable one, dont expect them to put their hand into their pockets to do so. And again a fine example of politics
a short deck game is really interesting ... I once played it in some of the poker rooms for a long time ... now I don’t remember which one ... and somehow won the first place there ... Probably therefore I remember this as a good poker game ... then I haven’t come across this game for a long time, but now, as I see it, the game appears in many poker rooms

I don't really like short deck poker but maybe that's because i didn't do very well the first time i played it! Not sure that I will be investing much of my time to this format though as I intend to focus my attention on developing my Omaha game....a game which is very interesting and really challenges the mind!

I dont like this format either. So far i havent played any games with it. I have only watched a few videos. I would rather play the "normal" poker games that i dont like at all, like stud, than this one. But when you are a poker professional degenerate i guess it makes no difference what game you play, as long as you have a few cards in front of you...
a short deck poker game has its own specifics .... for example, the fact that the flush there is older than Full House ... leads some players into a stupor ... But if you have learned the rules of the short deck game well, then playing in such and such tournaments will not make any problems .... it becomes more interesting to play ... almost every hand has a good enough combination which is quite interesting

I guess a professional will not mind if he himself likes the game variant at hand, but more that the guys he wants to win money from like it. And as this game is popular in certan circles of guys with deep pockests, it will be payed.

Every game has its rules but we can not easily remember these things. It's harder for us to understand that and for good players is not hard. We have the opportunity to learn and the only thing that prevents us is precious time. If we have time then we can learn.

If you can not remember the rules of a pojer game, then do not play at all, any of the games. It is not like rocket science. The rules are simple, for each for the game. The game play and technique changes depending on the format of the game. The basics are the same for every game. Then all you have to do is read or hear about the new rules once, and thats it

You have to do this only with the condition if you want to play that game. If you are interested in a game, you can learn, but if you are not, then there is no point to learn. There are some players who hate Texas Hold 'em Poker but they love other games.
