Hello all. I need Help by customers .. I entered in my partypoker bonus request incorrect ID, I missed numbers in my ID. is there any option to change that request? its now on verification stage. Help please Aww crap!

You should just have received an email saying that we couldn't find your partypoker account. Please reply to that email and state your correct username at partypoker.

There are only a few steps in order to get a bonus, and one of them is typing down
the correct data of yours. Still can understand how some are making a mistake on this one Smile
It something that can be corrected of course, but at the end is just a hassle
and a waste of time.

when you get some kind of bonus you have to be very careful. In order not to confuse some details .... and eventually lose this bonus .... When I signed up at the casino from this site, I probably made some kind of mistake ... because when I try to register at a tournament in this casino, I get a refusal ... maybe I need to write to casino support casino and BRM and the issue will be resolved

most of the problems you may have to talk to support almost always, I tell you because many times I happened and I had to end up sending messages to them and wait for an answer nothing more ... but good hope you can fix it Cool Cool Cool
