The KK hand is fine IMO, you're early position and there's a limper. 540 may be a bit big by today's standard,s but it's mathematically correct if you want to put villains on a decision. Of course if he doesn't 3bet AKs and shoves everytime he hits a flush draw, then there's not much you can do there it comes down to hitting his ace or his flush. At the end of the day your hand was ahead when the decision was made, so you really didn't do nothing wrong. Raising smaller is just as risky. You can't play poker without risk. And being always 100% theorically perfect makes you predictable if you play with the same opponents for a long time, you have to be able to switch gears rationally, not because of emotion...
I am not doing well I was playing pokerstars and whatever the big stack called my Kk with I will lose. If it's qqnhe make set if it's 95suited he makes a flush. It seems I'm rigged to fail. I finally have ace ace and big stack in pko call me with Kk and make four of a kind kings I feel like smashing my s**t up today

Unfortunately you will always find hands like these. You will also win hands that you would normally lose, but of course you always remember the ones you lost. The important thing is that you have played the hand well (regardless of the result) and in the long run, you will win. I play cash and it has happened to me to lose 100, 200, 300 bb and I have recovered them easily, by not going crazy. Do not go on tilt and continue playing according to how you have studied.

Yeah be prepared for bad days i heard some players, winning players have more loosing days then winning but at the end they are still winners. For this game you must be realy mentaly strong and just think that this is long term game like maraton not sprint, few day results are not so important if you play it right. Soo analize hands and if you play the right way the things will turn on for you. Don't worry mate !!!

Many times it happens that we remember more the defeats than the victories. That is to say, we forget that we have also won hands that in the absence of the river, we are at a disadvantage of 82 vs 18%. I've won and lost hands like that. Do not get out of control and continue playing as usual. Unfortunately there is no way to raise hands nowadays, but the last one I remember losing was something like this: I QQ, villain AK. All in after flop(A7Q). Turn A, River A. It was played 2 times because I have that option chosen. One hand I won, another he.
