I've been asking normal and polite for 3 1/2 months. And, it's always 1 thing or the other. This last time, I requested a cash-out on April 3...23 days ago!! So now, I'll say and ask any damn way I please, b/c these guys are trying to stiff me for $60. Actually, it's $65 now.

Calm down dog. Smile The Bankroll Mob always paid. I made a withdrawal 12 or 13 days ago and i'm waiting. Sometimes you must to wait 3-4 weeks but everything is ok. I retired several times and they paid. It would be good if BRM paid today but they did not pay. This is the situation and we have to wait. Smile

Chill man! Payments may take a long time sometimes, but they always get there eventually. Besides, it's been easter which might have had an effect on the staffs schedual.

Besides, this site offers lots of free money, these mob points is just a bonus that you should be happy about, not complain when THEY don't GIVE YOU bonus money as fast as you would like.

when you say that you wait on money for 3 and half months,probably there is some problem beacuse you are from america and its hard to transfer money to you!dont know what answer did you got from BRM,but probably admin will answer to you in this thread in next days!

Anyway 31/2 month is unusual. Since you didn't mention admin answer, we don't know anything.
In past is correct someone here couldn't withdraw to his skrill or netteller account. Do you already check it ?

Yeah, I've been thru it all. 1st my Netteller 3 months ago, but Netteller was removed as an option to USA customers. Then, I used Skrill. Skrill doesn't send to Canada. I have usable residences in both USA and Canada. So, finally, I used Party Poker on April 3rd (24 days ago). The cash-out process takes up to 8 days. It's been 24 days, of which 14 of those days were business days.
It's just the principle of it all. Any of the "turn the other cheek" guys on this post would be pretty pissed off too after 3 1/2 months. Pretty sure that most customers come to this site, not just for the "bonuses", but for the free money too, right....LO-fuckin-L

Today i received an email from BRM and the money was transferred in my Skrill account. I suppose you got that message too. If you got the money say thank you, be happy and good luck with your games. Thank you very much BRM Big Smile and Happy Easter ( i'm orthodox ).

dude I was waiting once month and a half... and still I didnt complained... its free money... so complaining about it is just rude... you know "your" money will get on account so just be patient and wait...

Hey Robsspot.... i think I would now be thinking that there is a problem with my account or some reason why I can't receive the free money that I have won and been so upset that I would have contacted BRM support direct and kindly asked what was causing the problem and what i could do to assist to resolve it.

The thing that you havent got the money yet, is because you are from usa.
I remember the previous posts of yours.
There is not a single person here in brm, not being from usa,
that havent got their money in a timely manner.
Some times it is super fast some others it takes longer, but at the end they always deliver.
As you understand you are special case, and this is not the way to treat about it...

when you have only two options for cashout from BRM and you are from USA,then you are in problems and you cant do much!dont know what way for USA players they will find,but its not like that they dont want to pay you money,its just problem on what way to do!

Man, I hear you. I do. And, when I had waited a month and a half (just like you did), I never complained either. I was thankful and helping. Same thing at 2 1/2 months. Same thing @ 3 months. Waiting 3 weeks and 3 1/2 months are not the same thing. Example; if you were given a $50 NO DEPOSIT BONUS (same thing as free money) to Big Dollar Casino (or any casino), and after a bit of time, you were able to cash-out. Once all your payment materials were submitted, would it not make you feel some kind of way after 3 1/2 months of not getting paid? Of course, most guys on this thread are gonna say, "turn the other cheek", "be patient", "BRM will pay", etc., but those guys have also not had to wait 3 1/2 months of being told 1 thing or the other. When that happens to anyone else, lemme know what that reaction was.

Yeah, I've done all that too. I came to this forum b/c I've had no less than 6 convos about this with support. I have 2 addresses I can use, 1 in USA which is a problem. 1 in Canada, which is a problem for Skrill, but not for PartyPoker. Each time customer service came back to me and said, "you can't use this", I would say, "ok, thank you" and then I'd move to the next option. Apparently, it doesn't matter if I'm cordial or upset. I get the same results either way.

So your problem is with skrill, not with the BankrollMob. Or not? I do not understand why you accuse this site of stealing your money ( with other words ). You have no idea. I have not heard anyone to complain that he has not received his money. All users with the papers in order received the money. Smile

No, my problem is not w/Skrill. I was informed by BRM that Skrill does not pay out to Canada residents. That was about 8 weeks. I was ok with that. I understood it, although that T&C language should have been more easily accessible. At least it is on every other site like BRM. So, in lieu of my frustration w/the process, I tried w/Party Poker...twice. The 1st time, I was informed by BRM that I inputted my username wrong. However unlikely that actually was, I said ok and I would correct. Again, keeping composure and being respectful the entire time, which at this point had been about 11 weeks. My 2nd attempt to withdraw, via Party Poker, was 26 days ago. Any papers and/or materials needing to be in order, have been in order for months. And, I have spoken to customer service nearly a dozen times over that span. I have sent a minimum of 3 inquiries in conjunction with the timeframe of the thread. I understand the need for some guys to defend BRM, but I still pose the same scenario; at 1 point or another we've all been given free money, No Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins, whatever you want to call it. It's all the same. We've been given this "free money" at sites like BRM, casinos, etc. Occasionally, we win. We get thru the playthrough or requirements needed to cash-out, right? Then, we go thru the cash-out process. My process has been 15 weeks in the making. If anyone found out that Intertops or Gossip Slots or whatever entity takes 15 weeks to cash-out, they would be livid, right? So what, I'm frustrated at the process. If that's a problem, don't read and react. I'm trying to illicit a response and solution from BRM, and unless anyone here has had to wait 15 weeks before to get paid or been told over and over constantly that I have to do something different or change something, then how could you possibly understand this?
