I have a contact at Virgin and believe there's a better chance of working something out if we put things forward 'en masse'. So, put your details down - there more people, the better the chance - and nothing to lose..Let's see what we can do.

You have to go under the deposit tab, I think it's an error in their formula.

Final word from Virgin: If your account was rejected due to not tracking - it's down to Bankroll Mob. Bankroll 'ok'd' a "list" of players with Virgin, Virgin then gave the accounts to the people on that list. Not on the list = no bonus, but it's not down to Virgin - the problem stems from Bankroll not adding you to the list because your application wasn't 'tracked' by them when you clicked on the banner to download the software.
IMO a far better method is to have you input your User name at Bankroll when you request the offer - that woud have avoided this and is soooooo easy....stupid not too - they do it for some of the other offers here I notice so why not all? (not that you can get most of them anymore)
------------ SO for future Bankrolls I suggest we ask Bankroll for a more reliable method for applying such as suggested above - after all for each site you sign up for and don't get the bonus, that's asite you will never get a no deposit bonus for - and there are other forums out there with similar offers so it's actually a double whammy

B1gfoot, I think it might be internet browser, make sure you use Interent Explorer and delete cookies before you sign up. I used Mozilla, I think maybe that's why.
Tiniflo , PianoPlayer, did you use mozilla when you signed up for Virign No Deposit?

I agree with Gene. It's most probably a cookie problem (actually I think it's nuts....)..so in future.delete ALL cookies. I used Firefox as well.....anyone use Internet explorer and have the not tracked prolem?.
Let us know how it goes PianoPlayer...I got a definite NO from Virgin regardless of the conditions that caused the prolem, other than entering of incorrect details which they should sort out.
and yes i used the firefox browser with out deleting my cookies.... Its more than lightly the root of the problem. but i anyone works out a solution then please post it.. I look forward to hearing a success story
