i one month i made deposit using sofort banking at Williams Hill and twice i accepted the deposit in my bank acc and the money was withdrawn from my bank but on the deposit site i got an message deposit not confirmed i contacted live suppert first time i send them proof of deposit and they said it will be handeld within 48 hours and gues i got the money 5 days later and tonight it happened again same way and live chat support dont count on them to be very helpful most of the time so be warned

I cant really understand what the problem is here. You are saying you got the money both times you did a request for a cash out, but the problem was with the william hill support, or the method you chose to do the transfer? Any way if you thing something is wrong, you either change your cash out option, or the site you are playing.

You can not receive the money in the same day after your withdrawal. This is specified in all poker rooms and working days at the bank are different. You have to wait a few days and Saturday and Sunday do not count. In the future if you're rushed to use the money somewhere, you will have to retire a few days before.

yeah,this is very confusing post and its hard to understand whats happening here,because he talk about deposit mostly and then only on end about cashout!as I understand in first part,problem was with deposit and that money was taken from his bank account,but he didnt have on casino account that money!
Deposits made using a bank account are probably the most inconvenient deposit option and I don’t quite understand those people who make such deposits. It’s very inconvenient to have to wait much longer to get a win, but perhaps these people have their own reasons for such actions.
