I had the same problem, but in order to fill your personal details, you must login with your virgin poker client, then click on deposit. Then you'll be redirected to their website, where you can input your details, this time the fields wouldn't be greyed out.
Guys, how can we earn that points on virgin? Coz I started with that 10, made for them about at least 60euros in rake, but virtually i think there is no single point, because in order to earn points u need to deposit. Bankrollmob management politely are not answering my mail about this whatsoever, so to be honest this offer looks like joke... U get 10 euros right, but u cannot get points because u havant done deposit... Kind of silly to be honest

I talked to Virgin Live Support, and they said their points system is not yet active, but the points we made in the last days are recorded and will be added as soon as it gets active. So hopefully no Vpoints are lost, and we can cash in the remaining 20 bucks...

Hey Limpin Bizkit, did you get your freebankroll from joining Virging Poker through bankroll mob? if yes, how long did it take you to actually receive the many after your request was approved?
but bankrollmob finaly replyed to my email today to reprocess my case .. Hope to be playing next week
