just find out that goverment,ministry of finance blocked some foreign pages for betting and just found list of 22 of them on main page on ministry!didnt know about it and what is strange that I cant open paddy power page,even I used this page two or three days ago,but from yesterday I cant,but bet at home I can and I log in normally! doesn anybody now how to avoid this,because I have some amount at paddy power and I know that I will have some free bets from tomorrow,because I was part of promotion and as always on monday they give this!I am in problem now! most of this pages I dont use,but dont know why they choosed paddy power and bet 365 as some of biggest online gambling site!I love to play caisno games at paddy power!
We in Russia have been living with these stupid regulations for several years already now... To avoid them, use proxy server/VPN services. I personally use Hotspot Shield VPN Free Proxy or frigate browser extensions for desktop, and Turbo VPN app for smartphones.

Rules are not stupid in many cases, but poker rooms, casinos or betting houses must to understand one thing: They have to pay the taxes. At the time when they pay these fees, everythiing will be fine ant they will be unlocked. Sometimes there is exceptions when citizens are protected and they are restricted.

Dule bet at home blocked last month casino page when you go to site now we have betting live casino page and vegas page (casino with slots there no more) Also more then a month poker stars also blocked all net ent slots games for Serbia other games we can play.(They sent mesage that because some regulation laws we are now on malta server).... For now i can still play on party poker all games ....

Sandmanilo few minutes ago I installed it on my smartphone,but this didnt help!I get message form paddy power that I cant access from my country!so this app only helped me that I see this message from PP,before I couldnt get anything!so probably this wouldnt work from laptop also and this is big problem! I would understand that I had some message that this will happen and to prepare for this situation,but now just to do that without any explanation is so stupid!
ivanjkp I didnt try casino games at bet at home,just wanted to see will this work on their site because they are also on this list!I cant log in and be on their page,but paddy power he dont want to even open! its good that party casino and party poker are not on this list!

as already said in the messages a member of BRM from Russia, we have blocked almost all poker sites and casino sites .... Therefore, you have to use VPN .... but I use another extension for Google Chrome .... this extension - iNinja..... I can to say that with this extension I do not have any problems with access to any sites .... I recommend this extension as it is checked by me and found to be wonderful

And why using a service to circumvent the blockage? Is there a reason for it. How can be sure for your money after that. You can win any amount of money and then the site simply deny your cash out, cause you were not allowed to play there. Does it worth it in the first place?

well I have some freebets there and I will use them later today!I think that this will work,dont think that they will make problems!its important that I can log in with this hotspot shield and probably they would ban my account if problem is with them!

I'm not naive and this is the truth. Governments ( in many cases ) are not interested in the protection of citizens. They want to receive taxes. Many taxes. I know this because in Romania many casinos, poker rooms, etc... are restricted because they do not want to pay taxes.
Well, if the site allows players from the certain country(banned countries listed in T&C) then no matter whether government blocks it or not - if you manage to reach site, then you allowed to play. Paddy Power is a site with reputation and it's very unlikely that they will just terminate account without previous notice and ability to withdraw remaining funds. dule, if you see that message with Turbo VPN enabled, try to change proxy server's country in settings. NL servers usually work just fine. Also you can try similar app - there are plenty of them - just google 'vpn mobile app'.

thanks for advice sandmanilo !I didnt have experience with this kind of things,so everything is new for me!till yesterday everything was good with every site,but now goverment want to make changes and to make them to pay tax in croatia also! I think that this will work and that I will play on this site normally!

yesterday I played normally at their casino,everything was good with this program at chrome,used my freebets,played at casino and money is still there!today I will play again and will see how thing will be with payouts,if I dont lose this money!hope that everything will work!

One thing i know for sure. You can not fight with the system if you do not fight for a law which to allow activation in your country. You need to have a good lawyer and the community of players to be with you. There have been cases where casinos have been given the right to activate after processes.

USE a VPN don't use browser VPN'S because they are easy to detect these days. Download some like EXPRESSVPN you have to pay for that one 12$ or card it. The second best one is free 5gb each month and its actually insane i am pretty sure you have 20+ countries on it , It's Spedify I'am using it for everything and it works like charm.

Dont be so sure about it sandmarilo. Also some of them are mentioning in their terms that vpns are not allowed, in their site. So a country may not be listed as banned from their site, but you cant use vpn to play. what if you do and they find out. And do you find it impossible after requesting a cash out, a site to refuse, giving as an excuse that gambling is not allowed in your country? What can you do about it after that?

well for sure I will not pay for any of vpn programs to use them,epsecially when I need this program for only one site that I use,so its not like I need for 100 of them!I can use other site without any problems!I can always make payout on skrill,without any visa data!for me this program that sandmanilo gave me work just fine!

Thats not entirely true i am suggesting VPN which i know they are giving you 5gb each month for reason just to get you to buy actual pack but yeah there is alot of sketchy VPN'S that do that type of stuff and even make your PC slow af know from the expirience downloading things off piratebay lol. I just gave him advice on 2 best VPNS i know Paid/FREE. Forgot to quote so @bowie1984 hope that works

if I start to use more of this VPN and on more sites,that I would think what to do and will I change on this free,but better VPN option!at this moment I dont afraid of some fraud and think that is secure,but ofcourse you cant know anything!I only need this for paddy power site for now!
