Tell us if you managed to send those papers and get a positive response from this casino. I think you will eventually recover that money, if you did that wager which should to be in case you opt for a bonus. They have no reason to refuse and they will pay if everything is okay.

I curious what for they ask utility bill and bank statement if they already get ID card and we deposit by skrill and withdraw with skrill as well. If we withdraw to our credit/debit card or bank transfer maybe yes they are need it ( deposit and withdraw different manner, I mean ) Annoying anyway, so I prefer play on old casino where I already verify
it seems to me that before starting the game in a new casino, you need to complete the verification first ... So that later there were no problems with the withdrawal of winnings .... Yeah big sites like that do not ask for stuff like that. I withdrawed money multiple times from Partypoker/pokerstars with only picture of ID. Small sites are the one that want's to scam you cuz no one is anyway depositing on their sites lol.

Last time I did this on WillHill six years ago they did ask for additional utility bill, bank statement was not enough.

If you read the terms and conditions in almost every site, you can see that they are mentioning that the may for additional info. SO if they havent asked anything so far, doesnt mean that they wont do it in the future. And of course site from site differs in their verification process.

I remember my first cashout from paddy power site!it was long time ago and I didnt make deposit at that site ever till payout,so it was only choice to make cashout on check and it was without any problem,even I didnt have some special verification terms!I got check on my home address and change in bank,which I didnt even had account! this thing show,how bigger sites works and how they treat players!

I had the same problems in a few poker rooms but i sent papers and in the end everything was ok. You do not have to scare yourself when you send the data from the bulletin ( ID Card ) because it is normal to do this and for the withdrawal to be accepted.
I don’t quite understand why so many additional documents are needed ..... Is there really not enough a passport in which my identity is indicated and my place of residence is indicated .... it seems to me that this document is enough to pass the verification .... but some casinos and some poker rooms want more documents .... I don't understand why
