BRM exists to advertise for casinos, poker rooms, sports betting houses or bingo rooms. They have no way to find out, if a casino is not serious. Same with others. Duck Poker it was a poker room that tricked some customers there. BRM is not a detective but if something happens and they find out then we will find out.

Who said anything about BRM checking the sites.I was talking in general and for actions that each player has to take on their own. BRM just advertises the sites indeed, and their job ends there. They are making the offers, and then the choice on taking them is yours and yours only...
