I don't exactly remember, but just 2 or 3 days for no deposit bonus. not so long like you, maybe you have to ask CS or do you mean deposit bonus ? if yes, should be wait your points reach 3 X first deposit in 90 days.

It is never an exact time frame. Depends from many things. But if everything has been done right from your side, then you have nothing to worry about. You will just have to have some more patience, and you will get it Good luck with your new bankroll
It’s strange that you’ve been waiting for a week to receive the bonus .... I received the bonus almost instantly after registering for this poker room ... I just had to send documents and a photo with documents next to my face .... and as a result, almost immediately after sending this photo, I got my bonus ... Try to write in support maybe there are some problems

that sad and too weird cause i received same bonus after 48 hours max , i recieved an email from bankrollmob confirming the bonus , so weither u did something wrong while sign in or u have to contact support explaining the problem and hopefully u get good news from them and u get the free roll to start ur bankroll growth and who knows may be u make magic happen from 0 hahahahahahahah gl buddy

A week is not a long time to wait for a bonus. Can even be considered a normal one. Even more than that. Remember that at some point bonuses in party poker were taking about two weeks and even more to get through to the members. Just hang on there
Maybe you made some mistake when registering at this poker room which ultimately led to you not getting this bonus .... check again all your data that you filled in this poker room .... a small mistake is possible which you made it bothers you .... of course the best solution is to write in support .... it will be faster I see What’s the problem
