It is possible that your withdrawal may be refused for some reason. You got a bonus and you have to make wager. You did that or not? You searched to see if there are other things like minin $ 50 on retirement? One thing is to blame and you haven't found it yet.
as I told you in our chat on betandbit support center - you are not able to withdrawal because you are not reach the goal of 250 cgp to be qualified to withdrawal the first time after you recieve a 5 chips no deposit bonus. Your deposit of 11 chips was later than your no deposit bonus and your only goal was to reach the minimum amount of 25 chips to withdrawal regular. BUT with the 5 chips no deposit bonus you are not able to withdrawal till you reach the 250 cgp. I told you this in our long chat on our website more than one time. Please accept the terms and respect our rules.
