you have to explain everything in post and to write all details from your problme,that anybody can answer to you and help you!is it poker,casino,betting bonus!?is it because you didnt use BRM link from bankroll section or you country is maybe restricted!lot of things can be and it must not be problme with BRM!
I see that you did not receive this bonus ... on the forum there is another topic also about this bonus from this poker site ... there, too, the person did not receive the bonus ... I thought that he might have a country restriction or he did that something is wrong when receiving a bonus ... But if this is not an isolated case then then the validity period of the bonuses is already over

You need to specify clearly what bonus did you choose. Here are lots of bonuses and free money for different poker rooms, casinos etc ... The members of this site can not help you, if you do not speak for them, to know and to be able to solve your problem.
