Malta casino owner and business tycoon Yorgen Fenech has been arrested as part of the investigation of the murder case involving Daphne Caruana Galizia, an investigative journalist in Malta who was killed via a car bomb back in October 2017.
Fenech was caught and apprehended by the Armed Forces of Malta on November 20 at 5:30am as he was trying to escape the country aboard his luxury yacht.

I trust that this process will be a very serious one and if this magnate is guilty, to pay for his crime. It is very ugly if he is guilty and he destroyed his life like a man without brain, if will make life imprisonment. The taxi driver is a very important character and i hope these killers will pay.

only thing that is important and main evidence will be what this three man will say!will they talk about everything and will they say that he payed them or they will say that they dont know anything!maybe they will confess everything to get smaller punishment and to stay less in prison!

Yeah, find it weird that the taxi driver spilled the beans on this one. They did not pay him enough to shut up it seems.

There are people with character and people without. The taxi driver I think is one who has and not the money are important here. On the other part, maybe he is afraid, not to do prison as an accomplice. It's a situation here, but it matters most what will happen. It is easy to take someone's life but it is not normal. If i had power, i would reinvent the capital punishment.

if he did payed enough money and if this people will not talk against him,then probably they will not have anything against him and he will be free!everything is now on this three mans who can tell lot of things and say that he payed them or just to shut up and go to jail!we will see in next weeks!

Yorgen Fenech is also accused of illegal betting and if he will be charged for both, then he will spend a few years in prison. I hope his punishment will be for many years to pay for this crime and other dirty things. These evils should not be repeated.
