Why don`t he make a complaint at commission, one year is too long for any serious investigation to be done. He should use email address provided on KGC site because their complaint page is not working as it is supposed to sometimes.

i think i also wont play at absolute.
well here in forum you also here alot trouble with action poker, but 99% of the time its just ppl who do not read terms&conditions and complain afterwards. so i usualy make my own opinion about pokerrooms. but absolute poker really doesnt seem to be trustfully exspecially after their cheating scandal.

This is a joke, i would have started punching s**t a long time ago. Man you must be furious , definitely very fishy, i have had my tournament die like that before and i couldnt log on for hours, poker sites have problems like this sometimes, but if it happens to me at a site i normally just move on, quickly.

But with blinds at 1200/600 and your stack being close to 100K then, there is no way you could have blinded out, maths of it is it would take around 2 hours for that to happen if blinds were going up every10 mins.

keep on them and definitely let us know, either way, i reckon they are going to just come out and tell you, the site went down and your tournament buyin will be refunded.
Real bumber if that does happen.

Was it a garunteed tournament? they might pay you the postion you were in at time tournament died if that was the case ( but not likely)

GOOD LUCK SOLVING THIS BITCH! Aww crap!

And they did not ask for height, weight, color of your eyes, hair color, etc. What will they do with IE version? FYI they probably gather all that info by default every time you start their client. If they don`t do that by default I really cant see how could they have any chance whatsoever in preventing collusion or multiple accounts unless players themselves report someone or that someone is on some heavy hallucinogenic drugs and report himself to their security department. My best guess is that they are stalling you.
Under Kahnawake license you have to try to settle the dispute with license holder first and if you cannot reach agreement than you can report this to gaming commission.
They must have all hand histories on record and You can request them. From them You will be able to see how the hell did you get blinded out with stack that large. That would be my starting point in investigation not the connectivity issue. Theoretically getting blinded out is not even a possibility in such short period and I would really like to see how will they justify that.

Tell me which pokersite does that and i will never play on that site

Yes that's true, BUT you aren't all in... You are considered as all in... For example if you have seen the flop...some one raises before you, you lose connection...this is when you are considered all in, they don't put all your cash to the middle, you just go to the showdown automaticly, even if others raise etc. I could consider it as others making all the work and you just step in the room and possibly collect all glory... Smile SO if the pot is for example 30 dollars when you get disconnected, and three other players play the hand to showdown and the the pot is then 300 dollars, and you have the winning hand, you only get that 30d as side pot.... Smile

thanks Niblu, very well explained Smile

i thought your completly All in, now it makes sense why some players tend to disconnect if they wanna see the turn/river.

still no news?

Dear ***, Thank you for contacting us. A wireless connection is not always stable because the internet is being transmitted as a signal from the wireless router to your PC. If the transmitted signal becomes weak, then the internet data stream can be interrupted and you may get disconnected. The amount of time that you are disconnected will vary depending on the situation. In many cases, the disconnection will only be for a second or less, you might not notice this when displaying a web page but you would become disconnected if your were playing Absolute Poker. Wireless is not recommended for real time gaming such as Absolute Poker. The average disconnect rate when using a wireless connection is much higher than on a wired connection. If you have a wireless router, try playing with a wired connection directly to the router. If you do not experience connection problems after you use the wired connection, it becomes obvious that wireless is not the best choice. Symptoms of wireless data signal loss can happen individually and can happen at the same time; they include but are not limited to: - Disconnections- The game freezes, or your whole PC freezes- Your table immediately goes blank or empty- You may receive this error message: "There seems to be an error, caused by low virtual memory or overloaded CPU in your computer..."- Game buttons may not respond Several factors can cause the above symptoms and you may or may not have control over them: - The distance of your receiver to the transmitter: This can cause a lag in your data transmission. It may work perfectly for 20 minutes and then suddenly suffer from interference, or the signal gets lost entirely and causes a temporary problem with your game. - The type of concrete and/or metal in your house may add interference or block your wireless transmitter's signal. - General interference from numerous outside sources may also affect your connection. 2.4 GHz cordless phones and cellular phones can disrupt your wireless signal. Wireless users are likely to experience more difficulties due to uncontrollable interference and the general nature of radio signals. We strongly recommend you to use a wired. connection such as Cable or DSL in order to avoid this kind of inconvenience. If you still wish to use a wireless connection, try to have your wireless router as close as possible. If you need any further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us back. We will be glad to help you. Sincerely, Kevin

haha this is absolutely a freaking joke, they did not even mentioned how I got eliminated, they do not mention what will happen with the buy in and all of the other crap, this made me so pissed I explained my frustration on a bad moment but I do not regret it, they are stalling and being trully gay for all this time, they deserve it

Totally agree. I thought that you can get hand history without asking support. But I never played there... So try to get the history so that you could start solving the problem yourself.

He don`t have histories for hands when he was disconnected. They do and must have them if tourney proceeded normally.
BTW: UNINSTALL VISTA
