euhm actually this has really tired me out, they did a nice job really, after all the mails I've send they always send crap back, and this makes me feel so tired
since I got back from vacation, I got one mail from them where they asked for the tournament id and the time of happening and I said to those fags it was the last thing I ever played on their site so they should be able to look it up easily BUT NO those mongs just send me back the same email asking for tournament id and time of happening
fat tony, can't you help me out here? don't you have any contacts there? this crap will take even longer cause it's clear they just don't want to solve it

What about hand histories? If you can look at them you can name the id of the tourney you took part in for those *diots that call themselves "support".

that is the freaking point about all this, they had no idea what happened to me, they just assumed it was a connection loss, they had their answer ready before even looking to the tourney to what happened, why else do you write 10 emails before asking in what tournament it happened?

I had a pbroblem with absolute poker. They asked me to send emails and emails. I was upset so i called them, insult them and they finally find an issue. So call them, they have a free number. For players who don't know this room, absolute is a crap site. GL men
