I can see that you have successfully referred a user (Eros1992) from Colombia.

Unfortunately, referrals from Colombia and some other countries don't pay any mob points at sign up. However, you will get 100 mob points if, for example, Eros1992 claims the partypoker no deposit bonus and it's approved.
