dont understand why anybody think that BRM can do much about this!they just can send mail and to wait answer from party poker!party have bigger problems, with tournaments where is big buy in and that players will be priority for them for sure and then freerolls! this was bad form start and it would be great that everything stopped after few minutes, not after hour and half!

I have questions for admins. I played an hour and a half. at the time the connection was broken, the stack was 70bb, and the game was stable. played stably. Of course, the players who flew out, it would be better to start the tournament again, but will it be so honest? I think no. Make sure that the room restores history, brings in the remaining players in the new tournament and gives them stacks, such as they were at the time the connection was broken. Do you agree with me administrators?

You understand that most ppl couldn't even play the first 30mins and when they got in they would have already lost most of their stack and you think it's unfair to hold a new tournament just because you took advantage and had a 70bb stack? hahahaha you are so smart.

I am still in tournament, but I say that it was not fair for all players and that best is to set up new one! nobody could play it on app,so if you couldnt be at home to play on laptop, but you could on for example smarphone, you could even open this tournament,so there was not same chance for all members!
------------ EDIT:
got mail few minutes ago!they made refund to all players!look at your accounts!
We apologise for the cancellation of BankrollMob's Christmas Special (250885142) due to technical issues. We have cancelled the tournament with a full refund. You have been refunded a total of $ 5.08 USD.
Refunds of this nature are calculated in the following way: All remaining players in the tournament have been refunded their entry fee. If the next player to be ranked in the tournament was to win a prize, this prize amount is paid to all remaining players in the tournament. Should there be any further remaining prize pool unpaid in the tournament, this will be awarded to players in the following way: 50% of the remaining prize pool is equally divided between all remaining players in the tournament. 50% of the prize pool is divided between players based on their chip count at the time of cancellation When the tournament was cancelled, you had 4226 chips.
The breakdown of your refund details are as follows: Your tournament entry fee: $ 0.00 USD Value of prize awarded to next exiting player: $ 0.00 USD Your equally divided share of 50% of any remaining prize pool: $ 250.00 USD/68 = $ 3.68 USD Your share based on chip count of 50% of any remaining prize pool: $ 250.00 USD * (4226/756000) = $ 1.40 USD

I didn't win anything because this game is restricted in my country ( Party Poker is not licensed ). Even if this game runs in another poker room, i didn't have high chances to participate. BRM games are stopped in all places and we can not to play.

An interesting evening for PartyPoker and mobsters alike. Party was down at the time of the start of the game, when it eventually started for a number of players, the lobby wasn’t available, and many players appeared to be sitting out - unable to play. I went out after about an hour, only to hear the game was cancelled sometime later and those left in we’re recompenced. While I am not too fussed as I was eliminated, I think the whole fiasco at party doesn’t help with their reputation or the experience of mobsters. They will say they followed their policy of paying out players left in when the game was cancelled, but no consideration for the impact of the problems it created at the start of the tournament, especially when I missed out on what could have been a string of great hands and opportunities to build a huge stack and still be in when the game was cancelled.

Hi guys,
Just heard from partypoker that the $500 freeroll and many other tournaments running at this time were cancelled due to technical issues. The prizepool will be distributed in line with partypoker/bwin's cancellation policy.
Looks like some of you have received your money already, which is great! Though, I can understand the frustration when something like this happen and you (the poker players) experience different kind of problems when trying to get back into the tournament. Unfortunately, this is nothing we can do anything about. Also, we won't be able to run another $500 freeroll.

I get your point of view on this but what about the people who never even could play? Or players like me who lost due to technical issues? I mean, we were actually affected by this way before the tournament was cancelled and missed out completely. Nothing about this tournament was even close to being fair...

I said that if this $500 BRM freeroll hadn't been concluded , this would have been very bad and unfortunate (well , maybe not for me , if I had one more chance , not to repeat this silly loose move on the flop , but then again 3 chances to play it , one that I forgot to open the lobby , one that I made this loose call , and one more , that would be too much LOL ) .
Having said that , it's good for all players who were still playing the game , that they were paid , , and especially for the ones , who had big stacks , that the payout took into consideration theis stack sizes . This is better for them , rather than nothing or everyone get the same equal prize

Good morning,
The $500 freeroll was offered by partypoker/bwin as a gesture of goodwill towards the bankrollmob.com community. In other words, partypoker/bwin paid for it - not BankrollMob.
We are not going to to tell them to run another $500 freeroll now when they have already paid players according to their tournament cancelation policy.
