I play only in winter, in summer I have so much other thinks to do. Here in Finland is so cold outside in winter so I mostly stay inside. So, now poker takes 2-3 hours four days a week.

I play few hours a day, but usually not longer than 2 hour sessions. Maybe im just a bad player, but im starting to loose my concentration after about 2 hours, and my play becomes more loose and I make stupid moves at the table. That's why im definately more a cash game player than a tournament player, at least when speaking of online poker. I've only played one real live tournament, but I played much better poker than I do at online tournaments.
About once a week I will play a couple cash games.
