Yes, I opened a thread for this problem yet, because I couldn´t register for the $500 freeroll, and some strange things happened in my lobby. When, finally, I was writing a hep message to support, the lobby was normalized, the confirmation to successful register appeared, but all the tournament at this time was canceled. I think that they were under attack...again!

There were some problems and it is not normal for these tournaments to be canceled. They could very well postpone them for later. It is ugly not to appreciate the players and because of that i have $5 and 39 cents ( from hold'em free ) and i'll make a ticket from sports.

You have all the reason CALICUL! They should make some compensation to his players. It supose that are a prize to the loyalty of his players. But, in the end, I´m claiming about a freeroll canceled, I don´t loose any buy-in. So I feel that I have less rights than a poker player who loose his money. But no one was claiming here about that case, isn´t it?

888Poker has no respect for their players. In the situation that someone makes complaint because observed a bot they will receive a message that is not true. I've heard more of these cases and here are other dissatisfactions, but the moderators of this room on't always give the right answers.
