888Poker it will be attacked even more from now on, because they don't have a habit to catch bots. This means that they are vulnerable and the hackers will trying to steal money. Poker rooms, that do not have the possibility to catch online criminals, will be hunted.

I don´t understand it. I link the ability to defend against a hacker´s attack with the amount of money that you can to invest in superior software and proffessional suport. I can´t believe that 888poker has any money´s problem to pay for it. But we, that are players of the random, might believe in some bad beat on their efforts

Out of the big 3 rooms, it's very close between party and 888 as to which has the worst software.
A poor design, almost decades old, is easy to poke holes in.
They both need a total redesign, imho, which could be in the works for all we know.

888 changed the software last year because i played there and Party Poker in 2018 or 2019 ( that's how i read here in BRM ). What bothers me, it's the fact that it is worse than before. I don't know why they like not to do a good job. I'm not pleased anymore. Is very vulnerable for bots.

Both of them changes their software recently and, really, I don´t know a better one. PokerStars have an oldié one, GG have funniest (if you like the clowns), Winamax, GreySnow and American CardRoom have a very elemental software since a lot of time. I think that the security´s effort are beyond the appearance, and are linked with a solid technical support.

I like 888Poker with old software but is not possible. I don't think they will come back to the old one because they invested money in the current one. We'll see what happens. We need to be Healthy and in future to be ok. Pokerstars have a change software but versiunea 6 i liked it more.

Here also have much problems with 888poker app in android tablet when playing ,it opens very slowly and can be closed any time middle of playing , sometimes it happens even 4 times in 1 hour and of course when have hand what wanted play need to login again but time runs out and lost good hand. Send message to support team but there is nothing wrong with app. Play other sites also but no have this kind of problem with poker apps other sites , anyone knows what can do about it or just hope to not lost every hand what wanted play

888poker software is new, but is not so good. When i'm logged into it and i go to the kitchen, to eat for 15 or 20 minutes, when i go back and click to register somewhere, it gives me an error. I always have to get out and go back again. Same with the website for sports betting. This is ugly.

As you can see here, all of us are having differents problems (in differents countries) with this poker´s site. It began in the famous hacker´s attack (2018 or 12019??) that capture the soft for a while. Then, more small issues have happened there. I think that they know that we could change the poker´s room for those problems, so they are giving a lot of good promotions and freerolls to avoid it

So it's all about those hacker's who make it work not correctly ? Or is it only what you think / know Yes it's true about those promotions and freerolls , this 888poker have most promotions and freerolls offers from all sites where I play but it's sometimes little bit boring to login many times in 1 hour. Positive thing is that now it's not possible to forget password to this site because site keep me remember it

i loved 888, was loyal for about a year, got up to 100 level in the club vip................i downloaded a program called Poker co pilot......that 888 support told me is fine to use and they work w- them...........anywya, 2 weeks later i get email that i was using AI software and they had to suspend my account , 2 weeks later they told me they will never reopen it since i used AI software, so i spoke with live chat again and they said, ´{ thats weird becaouse that program is allowed) and to wait for operations to respond, after 10 emails back and forth , i told them to ask anything since i had nothing to hide except used that software ............. theyclosed my account, kep the $$ i had in there and then told me they cant tell me what AI software i was using, but that i was against policy..........yet their live support tsaid it was supported...........they held $975 for me that i just recenlty won in a $50 trny and now never got it...........i really loved the site but they cant be trusted

they need to change whole software,its just bad and old!graphic is poor and you cant have this kind of software in todays world!some apps look much better then this and you cant tell me that they cant make it new one!just pay somebody to make new software!

HELLO well they are one of the two legal poker rooms at PORTUGAL so we got to deal with what we got they had some gltiches and gave TICKET FOR 550 euro tournament for the trouble but I agree will you all that they need to refresh the software

You may have the same old software of 888poker in Portugal. In Argentina, Romania, Russia and many countries they changed it. I personally do not like it because it bothers me a lot. My display is disturbed every time if it's my turn to move. It's upsetting...

gpacheco88..what history! sad and crazy for you certainly. Show that the rest of us complains about small things. $900 stolen! I might declare the third world war for that amount of money! And what about the software, what it can do? All of us have fantasies about the AI programs, and what it can do..It´s similar to a bot? It decide which is the better move?

888poker I think it has the fame/reputation that it tolerates many things , AI programms are one of these , all , some I don't know exactly , but I do know they are not so strict like other pokerrooms , like PokerStars for example .
Even Pokerstars will give a second chance , I had by mistake opened a programm in a internet cafe whe I first started playing online poker generally and particularly in PokerStars , which was not allowed . I wasn't able to use it in games , not even a hand , instantly a message appeared on the screen saying that I coul;d not play and that i had to email support , I emailed them , they asked me to tell them that I did it by mistake cause I didn't know their policy and won't do this again in the future . That's all , they didn't punish me , my players' rights were revoked only temporarily .
So , even PokerStars will give a second chance , 888poker , which shows tolerance didn't give you a second chance ?? Did you repeat this in the past ?? Maybe with another AI programme ?? Seems very strange to me this instant ban of your account

Your mistake is that you used that program. I didn't use any kind of programs and i didn't make big money in my life, because i was not lucky with good cards, to win big money. I noticed players who win tournaments but they have a good cards and too much uck. I never did this things that make you a winner.

Today the software from 888poker crashed 3 times. I have the impression that these attacks are made by the competition, because someone is frustrated with these poker room. Now i don't know if it's true, but i suppose it can be.

The changes are comming? I wish its includes the improvements in the software that all of us are needing. At this time I don´t want any beauty or coolest cartoons, I want a soft that will be solid, stable and reliable. I am playing almost freerolls, and I claim for the money that I can´t win, but I´m not taking any risk with my money. If I was a professional player, I would be demanding them!
