Hey all,
I just went to register into the Sunday Chill at Party today and it said I wasn't invited
Does that likely mean that my account at Party Poker isn't properly tracked to BRM? Or is there other criteria required to qualify to participate in this tournament?
I was an old party player that redid the BRM offer that had the exception for old accounts, so I'm betting it probably just didn't track.

I can see that you successfully requested a no deposit bonus with partypoker username Jxxxxxxik back in 2012. So this account should be tracked to us and therefore you should be able to enter these tournaments.

Wow it's been a long time but yeah I was pretty sure that was the case, thanks for confirming it for me.
I did contact support yesterday and they confirmed my suspicion that I am not tracked with any affiliates.
Is this something that can be fixed if I contact them again? Or did I misclick something when signing up? Although if the bonus was credited that probably means I registered correctly.

I just wanted to follow up as I reached out to support again with that information and this is what they said:
Ross We cannot assist with such events as they are affiliate events and we are not responsible. Please contact the affiliate site with the message you receive so that they can perform the necessary actions so that you can play in the event
Ross There is nothing that we can do from our end
Ross The affiliate get you into affiliate events. We are not responsible for them
Ross Also, we have nothing to do with anything that has to do with tracking regarding affiliates and if you have any issues with affiliate matters you need to contact the affiliate site for further assistance
