... where it says "To claim your birthday present, please login at..." this tells us that he has to claim it. And he does. It doesn't say anywhere that he already claimed it.

Fat Tony we both know that he didnt know what to do with this ticket,because he is new member,from this month and he asked for help and how to claim!its clear that he didnt claim,so why not to say so,as you said in first post? and its strange that you allow posts like one above,where you can find lot of rude and bad words!

because it's easy to misunderstand written text, if you come with a different mindset. after reading it, i can see why calicul would interpret the original message the way he did. i would still interpret it the 1st way i wrote, though.
