A Filipino-Canadian couple has luckily won the lottery, not once but twice, in a span of seven months. The total amount they've won was over $1 million!
In September 2020, Edgar Ebreo and Liezl Panganiban won $500,000 playing the Extra in the Lotto 6/49 draw.
Just recently this month, the Coquitlam couple managed to scoop up another whopping prize worth $675,000 after playing Set for Life.

when you are lucky,you are lucky,no matter what you do in life!you can imagine what chance are that you win two times on lottery in this short period,maybe 1 in 100 million,but this couple was lucky to get it twice!I am glad that money goes to somebody who have normal life and mortgage on house!we all know how crazy were last and this year for most of people on earth,so this will fix something for them!

if this couple would have won twice at 6/49, i was saying it's not true and it's a grotesque lie. Fortunately they won two different games and this thing is realistic and of course is possible. It's not easy, it's very hard, but it happened. Congratulations to these two lucky players.

Amazing how much luck some people have. I hope they will spend it well and have fun while doing it and also of course do some investments, but in the end it's everyone decisions. Some will spend it all in few months other ones will do it more "smart". Would be nice to hit one time like this, i guess i must start playing lottery.
Everytime when i read this kind of news, i just ask one and simple question, how they are doing this? It,s so hard to win this cool prize even 1 time, and when you hit this 2 times in a year, to be honest it,s hard to believe in this. Anyway i,m happy for them, i hope this money will help them a lot and who knows, maybe they will win 3rd time.

it's incredible, but there are two different lotteries. If there was only one, then it was fraudulent from my point of view. I know it's hard to believe, but check how you can win in the second lottery, which is called Set for Life and after that will realize that this thing it is possible, but of course with an fantastic luck.

dont understand why we have to read stupid things from some members and this is something that we have for years on this forum! cant believe that somebody really think how this would be scam if they had this two winnings on same lottery in few months!somebody really think that this can happen in country like canada,to fix this numbers or something to give prize to people,especially when they publish name,picture and every about winner! but then they will believe in promotion from bitstarz where they give tesla car!yeah right!

nobody need to make conclusion about anything,because nobody normal would think that in country like canada,somebody will fix lottery like this,lotto or whatever,when state have deal in it! they didnt got millions,they got in two times 1 150 000 canadian dollars,so its not like they got 10 millions!

their luck is high, chances were obviously very small, but prizes are not huge. The calculation is interesting for this record, but there are people who have won in lottery several times. for countries like this this isnt such a big amount as we can think that this would be in our countries maybe,because its canadian dollar,houses are expensive there,but ofcourse they will have enough to enjoy in life,to go on trip or other things!its great when normal people get money that will change their life!

it is very difficult to hit 6 numbers from 49 or 5 from 47. The calculation is obviously very interesting. The chances are extremely low for such a thing. I bet a few times in the lottery many years ago and i won over 140 dollars with 6/49 for 4 numbers.
