I try it all on smarthphone, pc, tablet and i still get the same error, I writte to support again, they said to clear cookies again, but it's still the same. Now i send them screenshot and will se if they can fix this up for me. I would realy like to play this promo but must wait for not so they fix it.

I see that this promotion will be till end of august,even they made it till end of this month on start,so you have lot of time to use it,if they fix this problem with your account! yesterday I got 4 free spins on mega bars slot and from this free spins I got only 0,05 e!will see what I will get tomorrow!

It's so strange i really don't know what is wrong, and from party poker site is the same i send them screen shoot and all and nothing. i will try again dele cookies and maybe reinstal the software on laptot to se if something change. Too bad, couse i would really like to play this and other promos.

dont know what to say to you on this,its must be some restriction if you cant use no matter what you do!just wonder what they will say if you reinstal it and you still cant get anything! try to log in on desktop page and there you can also use this promotion or to go from your smartphone!

Yeah i dont know what could it be even the support don't know. And i even get mail yesterday that i have a promo of summer wheel spin haha. I will try contact support once more, otherwise i will just not play this promo and wait for better one. I am more in poker so wait for promos there or some reload bonus.

then they should say to you that they cant fix it or that you cant be part of it and to end this story,not to tell you every time how you need to do this,to do that,to send them screenshots and so on! yesterday I got deposit offer with bonus money and today I didnt got anything,it was sad smile,without any prize on it!

I understand you,its easier to quit from all and not to write again to them,because they cant fix something,so best way not to try to use this promotion!its not some big money that you can win,but still its free and all players should get that spin every day! in last day I only get sad smile,same as today,didnt got any prize!

Hm so i will must wait a little, no problem. I hope it will not be the same. Are these promotions getting worse Dule? You probably know better then me. Last time i remember i don't know for sure but i think the winnings were not need to be wagered and you get free 5€ no deposit and so on.
