Carl Nassib, a Las Vegas Raiders defensive end, has become the first active NFL player to come out as gay.
The 28-year-old made his announcement via an Instagram post on Monday, during the LGBTQ Pride Month, which included a video message.

well there is not much to say about this news and its more about his sexual orientation then about sport!we all have our opinion about this,its just will somebody will write it or not!just wonder what would happen if somebody make video his heterosexual orientation,would be also normal and good!?for me there are so much talk about lgbt situation,even that is thing for every person and not for public!

This player's life does not interest me, because he is not the only gay man in the world of sports. That kind of people are enough on this planet and what they do with their bodies... it's just their problem(s). I'm not interested in their choices.

Carl nassib is a player where he expresses his sexual orientation and I think he is very brave when expressing his sexuality in public because other people are afraid of rejection, of discrimination against people, however we must respect the sexuality of each person, his family This player supports him and what better way for the family to be with him and support him in his decisions.

It is his life and he has every reason to have many restraints in front of normal people. I personally do not agree with this, but the intense promotion of homosexuality has made many men to become gay or bisexual. Now he has officially declared and will have to live with that, without being interested in people's opinions.

I respect hm , and every man's or woman's right to choose in a free manner their sex or their companion (man/woman they desire) . I do not understand why people have to go on public and announce sth like that , is this something EVERYONE should and has to know about him ??? This is discriminatory , complexed behavior and acts , to feel the need to confess you are sth , as if this is STILL sth considered bad or unwanted by USA society . You are gay , you are bi , you are atright , you are asexual or anything else , good for you , why share this with all the world , your fans , your neighbors ???

I dont know this player and NFL players at all. But thumbs up for him to have so much courage to say this out loud, specialy at the league who is like strong and manly. I never have nothing against gay people, i know few of them in my country and they are all ok. So thumb up for this guy and for his courage.
