they are very good players but here also counts the number of bracelets won in WSOP tournaments by they. Here are professional players who made history and some of them can still continue. However, I bet if i can on a player mentioned by me

there are several players who are the referents of poker, now many more have appeared, and the question is who are the greatest, for me the best player of all time is patrick antonius, I like how he plays every hand of poker, I learn a lot from his game.

There are many famous poker players , but from the old school , the poker boom era , for sure Helmuth has the leading , he is well knlown , unfortunatelly not onlu for his poker skills and achievements , but also for his language and behavior towards other players . Also Phil Ivey is my favorite , his style , the way he plays is awesome .
They should have included Chris Moneymaker on this list. Chris is not a super elite player like the other players mentioned but he is responsible for the biggest growth and interest ever in the history of poker

Of course it is difficult to choose who is the best poker player of all time, mostly based on their earnings they have had in their professional poker life, we all have a reference, and I think you should respect opinions, now we have many good players and in the future will appear more.

I am a bit surprised, that this list of "most famous players ever" only includes quite recent players. No real oldtimers that only played way before the boom of the 2000s. Only Brunson has any connection to that time.

Hello, how are you all? Coming back after a stop. Well, it seems these 5 names are the hippest, except for Doyle. But I think it's true, as they say they forget about a lot of other big names. Moneymaker has been a key player in online poker, and I think he should have had a special mention. I still remember Jhonny Chan and his appearance in "Rounders"

there are great players in the history of poker who had their moment of glory, now some are still playing the biggest games, so it is very difficult to choose one, everyone may prefer one more than another.

It is really difficult to choose only 5 names. Possibly someone older than me, and more years in poker, will be able to name someone who may not even appear on this list. And in a few years maybe new names will appear, because new stars will appear, who will win better prizes. We cannot compare what you win today in a WSOP Main Event than what you won 10-20 years ago

Erik Seidel is awesome player , he is not so much in the show bizz lights like Hellmuth or Phil Ivey , but he is very capable , a master of poker skills , he has taght some players , friends of him , how to play better . He is a winning player with so much $$$$ earned throughout his lifetime at the tables . I like him very much
