Aristocrat Leisure Ltd., an Australian slot machine creator, has agreed to buy British gambling software developer Playtech Plc for a price of A$5 billion ($3.7 billion).
Aristocrat said in a statement Monday that it will pay 680 British pence ($9.35) per Playtech share, a premium of 58% to the company's last closing price on October 15.

Surely a bit surprising, at leasrt for me. I didn't had that Aristocrat company on the radar, when it came to possible mergers in the online market. But this continues the concentration in online gambling that we have seen in the last years.

they are sure that they will back money with this business,but its so crazy when you see amount that they payed to them and who know how much they could pay more if they wanted from them!it just big question what they will do now for players and will game stay as they are or they will improve them!
