I managed to communicate via emails with Pokerstars but i still don't understand why can't recover my account. I told them clearly, that i don't need to recover my password, but logging in via SMS is the problem, because i gave up the phone number and forgot to change it here. I think they are not interested in helping, even if i sent them the documents.

Unfortunately we can't do much for you here either. It is something that is up to the pokerstars support. If I am not mistaken today you can communicate with them through a live chat, through the PS page (not from the software). I do not understand how the cell phone number affects you. With your username and a new password you should be able to log in again, and then change the cell phone number
