I think we should have some news about what's going on there with interesting details. The WSOP is a quality tournament with almost all the cream of the poker. Here are beautiful battles and we learn certain tricks that make you to win more hands. They have quality tournaments and this thing always attracts new fans.

WSOP is awesome poker series , many pros desire to participate , they depend a lot their living and profits o it , others like the novice players , go there to accomplish their life dreams and win big . Now it comes to an end , The Main Event is down to final36 players , we will see who will be the new world champion . Unfortunatelly Moneymaker is out since yesterday , his huge stack didn't last .

The final table is actually being played right now. There are 7 players left, and it continues until there are 4 left, and tomorrow it would finish I think. She was watching him, but the transmission she was watching was cut off. If anyone knows of a stream, let us know so we can watch it. Looks like it was going to take a good few hours. I saw a rather slow final table

I did watch on you tube for some time,few hours ago,because poker go give live stream for free! You are right,tomorrow probably everything will finish!

Yes, I was able to watch for a couple of hours. It started 3 hours ago, and 2 players were quickly eliminated but then it got a little slow. Very careful some players. The cheapleader has a very good advantage, and I think it will win the main event. But hey, we'll find out tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. It has been a long time since I saw a tournament of these.

now we have only heads up and another main event will finish!aldemir had big advantage in chips over other players,but now he have less arround 10 million chips,so we will see how it will finish!he had everything in his hands!maybe till morning we will have winner!

Koray Aldemir isthe new World Champon in poker ,he won the first prize in WSOP Main Event , and the total prize of 8.000.000 $ , not bad at all , right ?? Congratulations to him on this great vicrory , he is one more poker pro added to the pantheon of others that succeded the same , wishing him to spend wise the money , invest them , and make good use of all thsi publicity he is going to have the next weeks and months .

Congratulations to the winner. He was the obvious candidate prior to the start of the final table as he was the one with the most experience with cashing like this. He handled the final table brilliantly, although Holmes in the heads up could complicate it. He got to pass it in chips, but Aldemir managed to recover and take the first prize. Good tournament!

Without a doubt. There were very good hands. I was cheering a bit for the Argentine Lococo, but he sadly lost in 7th place. Anyway, he got a prize of more than a million (like everyone at the final table, at least). He was precisely eliminated by Aldemir in a hand that I did not understand how he played (the Argentine). He was 2nd in chips and risked everything

Yes, there Aldemir hit double pair on the flop. The turn was what complicated Holmes who gave him the king. Against Lococo, Aldemir had 99. The Argentine TT. The flop came JJ9. Aldemir hit the full house, and played the hand aggressively. I think Lococo could have folded on the river, but he didn't.

George Holmes took the second place for $4.3M , a great finish , comgratulations on this achievement , but then again history remembers only the first one , also the prize for his second place , the $4M , is half of the prize that Aldemir got ,about $8M , that difference is significant .

I wouldn't have been mad if I came second in that tournament haha. 4 million I think that would imply retirement for many players. And I wouldn't be mad if I made the final table and was the first to lose. Just by reaching the final table, any player was guaranteed a prize of 1 million dollars! Simply amazing. Next year the awards will surely be even better
