normally i'll play 2 hours of regular ring games and then if I feel like it I'll play some freerolls just for fun. sessions of 5 hours are scarce but existing hehe .
you just go to feel for yourself how long you want to play but when you feel you're getting tired or bored, quit, cause it will only result in losses.

depends on in what mood i am. mostly im in a good mood and play up to 6hour or more with breaks if i win alot then i change room (before i make a foolish move and lose everyting again). when im losing then i quit or go play freerolls. i dont do the mistake anymore to try to win it back.

I usually play around two hours. No matter what, if I win or loose. Then my concentracion dissapear. Respect to all who can play 5 or 6 hour long sessions

3-4 hours a day sometime 2 hours i play 3 days a week so its not much but enough to earn something :] if i loose to much i go down the limits if i had just 20 buy-ins for the lower limit i go down and by 30 buy-ins in the next limit i go up so its normal to go down and up sometimes a few times one day ^^
