This is one more question directed at Fat Tony who is the one who always appears.
Today I was able to win some free spins in a game at Argos Casino. Instead of exchanging them for lottery tickets, I decided to take advantage of them in the living room (so I claimed the prize).

what are you talking about?why do you need bonus code,when you have name of prize and value and you just need to go on that site and to ask support can you get this bonus,free spins or not!thats whole point!if you can even open page,then its closed for your country!
even on smartphone you can go on that page and ask support!
when you get 20 free spins or something like on not big casino site,its easier to change for tickets,then to make registration,to upload documents,to make deposit or whatever you need to do if you earn something from this prize!

The last 2 prizes (one of 20 free spins and the other of 60) gave me a bonus code, and it was activated by contacting the casino's live chat.

but why would you need bonus code,when you can just ask them before can I accept that bonus or prize or not!they probably can see on your account can you do it,because you know what prize is on!maybe you will have some restrictions and you will not claim prize!

I did not want to bother before since one of the stipulations of the prizes is that they can take time and there is no need to write to support all the time.

I see in main xmas calendar thread that one member also have problems like you have and that he had contact with support and that they dont know anything about this prize which is very strange!I am sure that BRM would say that they are their sponsor,that they put prizes on calendar if they dont have deal with them!very strange thing!

First I will wait for the official response from support to see what happens. It does not matter so much if the prizes won are lost, but knowing what to do in the future.
If someone else had a similar problem, then he should do the same as recommended by Sirthomas; as long as the same thing happened.

Well after several days I had some response from support, through Jerry, and he told me that he would contact both sites to see what happens. Although I still have to wait for the answer, I can tell you that 1 hour and a half after I received an email from Jerry, I also received an email from Argo Casino, telling me that the free spins were credited to my account, so through that site, The problem has been solved!
The other free spins remain, but at least one has been fixed!
