Hello forum people, 3 days ago i got my account restricted. It all started as i made a complaint on two players who seem to be making shady stuff on the tables. A second after i made the complaint i got my account restricted. Does someone knows how much it takes or what the heck is going on. They only get back to me and tell me to be patient and nothing more. I dont know what to do no more. Im going to lose many scheduled end year matches i fought hard to get in through the year and im freaking out. Thanks

They do rstrict an account sometimes , operating a routine security check , asking documents or explanations for something that gor their attention , just contac them , ask them what is the problem, and send them any documents they want , and answer any question they might ask you regarding your account .

Quite rare that making a claim, your account is blocked. But as they told you above, by exchanging emails with support, and complying with the requirements (usually sending certain documentation) you should not have a problem with your account being returned. The downside is that yes, you will actually lose some time without playing.

In the past I also noticed that when you complain for SB or sth , then they do this to you , they start an investigation on your account details , they block temporarily your access to the poker room , it's not only me , I have read other complaints like this before . Is it kind of payback , revenge , I do not know Better stay off and away from their radar , if possible not complain for little things or collusions or whatever , they have a very strict strange security team for sure lol

It is strange without a doubt, except that the people he is accusing have also denounced his account, in parallel. It is possible, if for some reason there was a discussion in the chat, for example. In my case that did not happen to me, although I do not know if I ever report. I think I remember receiving some money back for having played against a player who cheated (although I did not know that he did). And also once they blocked my account for a few hours for thinking that I was associated with someone from another country. With the sending of the documentation, it was solved quickly.

as I know anything about this site, its that they know what they are doing and that they will not lose players as somebody else think and just to block account because of some question!if everything is good with details, every normal player will be allowed to play!

I see on Pokerstars community page a similar post , there they said the user made a mistake telling them sth about hacked accounts , they thought his account was hacked , that's why they restricted it , it was a misunderstanding , Hopefully yours also is a misunderstanding and you will be back in action very soon

for me would be strange that they just dont care about player and that they will ban lot of players without any reason!ofcourse that maybe this was mistake with live support and that they didint understand players about hacker, but probably they will solve it!

Because of GG and other rivals uprising , now they offer more rakeback in PS and I think they try to be a little closer/friendlier to customers , less snob , these show th advantages of free market and competition . If they fix extreme strict security issues , it will be much better undoubtfully
Hello Mates! What happened to me was that my account was suspended 3 days after payment ... i wrote them 3 emails why After 2 weeks, they replied that I had misused my first deposit bonus! I asked the reason..after that they just told me to upload a photo of my IDs. I did, I could use my account again a day later! a little weird but it happened ...

Haha really rare your case, and honestly sometimes I do not understand the procedures of the support in that type of case. I remember having a problem like that and it was solved in the same way: sending documentation. Now, I think I was accused of being in league with someone from Finland, or Norway, and I really had no idea who he was. I mean, no idea how they come to such conclusions!
