I had an email from bankrollmob saying I have ben awarded the $5 and it will be in my account within a few hours. Many days later no sign, so I emailed Bankrollmob - NO answer, many days again I emailed ythem again and still NO answer, is this normal practice to never to reply to emails or am I just being unlucky.

Gifts/prizes* won in December might not be credited to your account(s) until January 2022, so please don't contact our support unless you haven't received your gifts/prizes by the first week of February, 2022. Also, please don't contact the sites you have won gifts from. BankrollMob support will handle everything, just sit back and relax!

This farst and direct answer from brm stuff,so everything should be solved soon!hope that you didnt contact them in last weeks,when its not time and thats reason that nobody answered you on mails! I had almost 20 prizes on xmas calendar and change all of them for lottery tickets,because I dont want to wait prizes for over month!

By the way still no $5 in my rounders bank
In addition to Sir Thomas and Dule-vu's comments, I must say that BRM support is always responsive. It may take a few days or a week sometimes, but the answer comes. So on that side you can rest easy. I guess by now you've got an answer, so I hope you've solved your problem. Good luck!

We dont know what happend in this case,but at least we dont give false and wrong informations for years on forum,like other member do in other thread!we all know what are rules about xmas prizes and when to contact support!
