After long studies poker pro Phill Hellmuth discovered a new monster hand. Q4o.
Situation: Final table of one WPT Event. Hellmuth get in a betting war pre flop with his opponent, who finaly puts Hellmuth all-in. After a long deliberation Hellmuth calls. With Q4 off against 99, and lucks out, Q on the flop, and for good measure another Q on the river.
One can only imagine the meltdown, if this had been the other way around.

I read a bit about what happened with Q4o, but I haven't seen the video. You have to analyze everything to see if it was the best decision, both for the push of 99, and the call of Q4o (I think we all agree that it would never be a good time to call with that hand). Regardless of the outcome, you can't call with that hand. Was lucky

it is good if you try to casyigate with Q 4 too because many players often risk with some cards considered weak, but win important pots. These players know math and can beat you at cash or in tournaments at any time. They have a great advantage in calculating ....

I think in another BRM thread I commented that a couple of days ago I lost 100bb in NLZ5, having KK vs 82nd. Yesterday something similar happened to me, but in this case I think it was AA or QQ, vs 82s (the worst thing is that the villain this time was not in the big blind, but he opened under the gun and called my 3bet). Maybe my mistake was still paying an overbet that he made.

"" Stupid Poker Players , that call with anything "" , a phrase that has been used so many times by Phil , especially during his outbursts . Guess now he is tired complaining , he decided to join them , lol

It's sad when we lose very good hands because of players who pay with bad cards, but here it can be questionable, because the bots have not yet disappeared from the world of online poker. Here it is preferable to announce the moderators, when we find strange players.

Q4o is one of my favourite hands. While statistically is shouldn’t be much use in most situations, I find that I am tempted to play it whenever I get it and often come up good at the end of the hand....or repping a stronger hand win the pot without challenge. The maestro on this occasion was genuinely lucky.
