I think nobody understads your questions. Is it that you are not allowed to receive a bonus? Or can't you get enough points to receive the further Bonus-Dollars? What's exactly the problem?

i guess your asking for no deposit bonuses. as i see your from indonesia, that means your unfortunatly not eligible for any of this bonuses...you´ll be rejected.
