MGM Resorts International has offered to buy Swedish online casino company LeoVegas for around $607 million (£482m or €576m).
Released on Monday May 2, the announcement was made by the land-based gaming giant as they carry out their goal of expanding their online gambling presence in Europe.

interesting offer for this business that will put another beautiful company in MGM's portfolio and will make them grow even more in this industry. The money will be recovered in a few years because MGM is a big name and knows how to attract customers.

Wow , 600M $$$$ deal , that's a lot of money . MGM will acquire LeoVegas so as to have this great online casino , this message s a great strategical move by this casino giant , players will be happy for this as well I guess . That made LeoBegas one of the sites to play in the future , it seems to be most trustworthy , when a giant like MGM decides to acquire it , that days everything imo
