Yes, i would play it very differently. You have missed the flop completely, so the call of the flop bet is already questionable. But after the turn the hand should be definetly be over. You have a gutshot and an over card. That is not enough to continue. The desperation bet at the river makes things only worse. Players at that stakes dont't like to fold, so don't try to bluff them with air.
