Hi, my english is bad - so im sorry Blink

i have reguest the virginpoker no deposit. after i have download the software i have forgot to write into the virginpoker my adress data. after 3 weeks later i dont have get no deposit though i have write bankrollmob 3 times. what happens?

What is the status of your request on the BRM site? You can see the status when you login into your account and scroll down to "Bonus request".

In german, for better understanding for NoMercy85:

Wie ist der status des requests? Log dich auf Bankrollmob ein und scrolle down bis "Bonus request" da siehst du den status.
