I read about bots on other forum. There was an experiment... Bots can show a good game on limit holdem but on NL they are far behind. And it's a bad idea to test them on play money.

At present, we have no immediate plans to block this software, but such applications and their subsequent versions and upgrades are under constant review, to ensure their continued suitability.

I play 4 tables at a time so the bot allows me to just sit back and wait for pocket jacks or better. Of course, if you're a 1 table pony, then this does not apply to you since it isn't too hard to fold for just one table. But who the hell only plays 1 table these days? Even if you were playing one table, you should atleast split the stakes in half to play 2 tables to spread out the variance. Any poker player worth his weight in salt knows that.
For the first time, i'm actually able to walk away from the computer while playing.

Anyway it's a bad idea to use bots. I can understand when it check/folds the rag cards in the freroll or on low limit ring tables. But what about good hands? Does the bot plays it? And how? Many questions actually arises....

That is the beauty of using an autofolder. It doesn't actually make any betting decisions for you. All betting is determined manually by you. The only thing the automucker does is folds the rags while you wait for decent hands.
Lets face it, if you don't know how to play KK, u're gonna donk out whether using an automucker or not.
Ok, so 12 tables, thats much, on 2 computers... I wud guess its very hard to switch between 2 screens right?
Just curious what you play? Cash sng? If cash what level? If sng what buyinn, roi?
Edit: I allways wanted to do as many tables as i can but not anymore, i think its better to improve ur play and do max 2 or 3 tables and go up in limits.

I think people are misunderstanding what the original post is about. It's not a bot that plays for you, it just folds trash hands. It's aimed at multi-tablers, it just reduces the number of clicks you have to make so you can concentrate on your good hands (I don't use such a thing but then I don't normally play more than 4 tables at a time...)

in this case it really sounds like an interessting program if your playin multitable and for sure its useful. but damn....im a gambler and sometimes i do like to watch hands when im in position and no one raised for instance. in addition i dont think this way of play improves your play?? its a typical SSS play...
i wonder if good poker player use such programs at all ? i think they just do notes?!

If U can't consentrate your game, you play too many tables. If u use bots , then u are not a pokerplayer. Poker is good entertainment and chance to win something on the way not only winning.
