I don't have any problem to withdraw from skrill to my bank account and note that I'm from Mauritius which is african territory too. You should try to contact their support and ask if Nigeria is eligible for it.

Me too i have no problem to get money to the bank. It's regulary you just connect, do some things for safety and that's it. Once you are conected, then you just make a whitdraw like you do all others. I hope you will solve their problems. And there is always support there, and from my experiance they solved problems very quickly now. Years before i was waiting now it's easy game.

Nah, I'm fairly sure Skrill is totally legal and working in Nigeria too since there are even tutorial videos about it on youtube.
OP needs a bank account (or IBAN digits) and a card to deposit with. Once you've registered both on Skrill and did the full account verification they will probably let you withdraw your funds.

if you do not have Skrill, to try the transfer from there to your bank, it is not possible, because here you have only two options, one is on the Skrill card and the other is in Party Poker. You are in a bad situation from this point of view, if you cannot to transfer or to play the money in PP.
