its hard to say and depend for what you need?probably best customer service is on party poker and fastest! dont know do they still have live support which you can ask right away what you have and need and not like on poker stars where you need to wait for answer on mail!good luck with an question or problem that you have!

For customer service ?? From the big , well known poker rooms , like 888poker , partypoker/bwin , pokerstars , even ACR , I have no complaint to make . But from the smaller , new poker rooms , omg , when you ask for a withdrawal , you cannot find them , lol . Also they trouble you when they demand crazy things for identification . i cannot recall the name of a new poker room , that was demanding me to show them a picture of id while I hold it with my hands , I told them F*** off .

This is a difficult question to provide a good answer to as I believe it all relates to what your problem is and your tolerance for admitting your own errors or failure to understand the sites rules in creating that problem I find that most sites provide support in accordance with their rules and generally are prompt in providing a resolution. Not everyone will agree with me but the. Some people just cause the problem themselves and then blame everyone else.

ofcourse its not same what kind of problem somebody have and how difficult it is and for some they need more time,but if every site would have live support,then they could solve small problems on chat,instead trough mail,because they open mail-s how they come in inbox and not what is important and whats not! with that they can solve lot of problems on easy way!

Hm lot of site has good costumer service. I love those one when i speak directly to agent in the live chat. So you can quickly find solutions and if you don't find they give you directions where you can find solutions relatiwy quickly. So i prefer ones with live sessions. But if i like to try new sites, i look it on google about reputation, service and so on.
