Hello Bankrollmob and Bankrolmob community

In Christmas calendar I won $20 HighStakes poker tournament bundle (1 x $10 ticket and 2 x $5 tournament tickets) and I claimed it.

Now on January 5th I got this email from bankrollmob:

Hi winners!

The prize should be in your accounts now. Good luck!

PS. HighStakes was not able to find user xxxxxxxxxxxx.com Please contact BRM support with the correct email address for your HS acccount.

So I'am asking chat do anyone who win $20 HighStakes poker tournament bundle also not received their ticket, or it's just me Smile If not please write here Smile

Naturally I wrote to Bankrollmob support, but still no answer, I hope they resolve this as soon as possible Smile

I hope so, I understand is post christmas time and Banrolmob support probably, now have a lot of job to do, so probably I need to be patient. But it be good to know if someone else from winners also don't receive, or it just only me, becouse if it is only me, possible that it's mistake from my end Smile Thumbs Up

I think that they have in rules till what date to wait if you dont get your prize!

No I don't tiknk so that it's about a specific date, as I mention in my post, I received an email, that my prize should be already in my account, but when I checked my account I don't see any prize, so that's why I am curious is it just me who not receive ticket, or also other winners too not received prizes Smile

Same thing happened to me. I gave them my addresse, and they wrote that they couldnt find a gibberish gmail addresse.

Gifts/prizes* won in December might not be credited to your account(s) until January 2023, so please don't contact our support unless you haven't received your gifts/prizes by the first week of February, 2023. Also, please don't contact the sites you have won gifts from. BankrollMob support will handle everything, just sit back and relax!
