An old man, but he impressed me yesterday that he wasn't afraid to come to Ukraine, and as for politicians in general, it's like that everywhere, it's almost half and half in elections and people often vote for someone as the lesser evil or when they want change, and then again they regret it over and over again. There is never anyone to vote for and it will never suit everyone.

He will not be with me, but will be with me in Warsaw in the Old Town, and I live here. They say they informed the Russians that he was coming to Kiev... After all, it was also live on TV when he was there. Besides, whatever it was, he had the courage to go there and he impressed me with it. We'll see what he says today, but I expect he'll probably say generally, and there won't be any specifics...In Poland, as it is also in a hotel, they ordered to turn off all electronics, telephones, computers, TV, etc., and yet everyone knows what hotel they are in and in which room, etc...

Well, it was as I expected President Biden did not say anything interesting and nothing specific. 15,000 people stood in the Old Town for several hours to listen to the 21-minute speech... Today something for Calicul will meet the Bucharest Nine... Maybe there they will arrange some details and strengthen the eastern flank with arms...

my opinion is that : it will be bad. Biden wouldn't have come here, if he knew it would be good. I hope that the Europeans will stop listening to orders from the USA, because they have no way to defeat us and their actions are destroy us, all Europeans...

Calicul, how is the USA destroying Europe... Explain it to me because I don't understand or I don't know why such a conclusion...? In my opinion, if it wasn't for the US and NATO, some of the countries from the Bucharest Nine, including Poland and Romania, would have been either under the influence of Russia or we would have had a war with Russia or both ... What would you prefer to have a war in your country...? and for Russia to rule your country...?

As around 80% of Russians share European ethnicity and there is no hate for any of the other ethnicities within Russia, what would it take to welcome them all back to the poker, Europe and international worlds?
Quite a bit to be honest, the current government there has trampled neighbours, restricted their citizens, threatened all and sundry for daring to oppose their illegal wars, human rights abuses and crimes against humanity.
Even during the early parts of the USSR some good art, literature, chess theory was allowed to be released, prior to that, the Czars generally travelled Europe, spoke French and English and fostered the world best chess players, academics, some of the finest literature that still exist, some of the greatest thinkers and musicians and for a brief period it looked set to return to its eminence, alas, this is yet to happen and we are further away than ever.
I 3P, hopefully speaking for some or the majority of the BRM users, honestly hope it can happen sooner rather than later, to foster peace and security for all.
you all draw strange conclusions, sanctions are imposed on the Russians because of the policies of his government, but ordinary Russians suffer, the government just does not limit itself in anything, as before. So what is the logic of these sanctions then?! You say that ordinary Russians 80% are not to blame for anything?

What are you talking about? Of course it's the citizens' fault. They acquiesce to politics. If they had their own opinion they would come out to the rally, as they did in Georgia recently, as they did in Ukraine. And you know what would happen if they went to a rally? They would simply be dispersed by the security forces, kicked out, half of them would be imprisoned, and another half would be shot right in the street. Putin's policies are brutal. He won't allow any rallies, he will disperse them all by force! What human rights can we talk about if you feel no protection from the police, and on the contrary, you can get a truncheon to the head or a rubber bullet in the stomach. Russian citizens are just average losers. As long as they are not touched personally, as long as personal interests are not affected, they will do nothing. The war is somewhere in Ukraine. and anyway, they continue to live as they have been living. The Russians could change the situation. If everyone had come out, no security forces or police would have dispersed them. 100,000, 200,000, for example. But they put up with all the politics. They have tolerated it since the Soviet Union, and now they do not have their own civil opinion. They believe what the propaganda on TV tells them.
