no, its point that every country in eu want that every site pay tax and licence in every country, if then dont want, then goverment doesnt allow them to operate in their country! simple as that! they will allow then only domestic sites to earn money and to pay tax and on that way they want that money stay in country and that they have profit from that!

That's how it is in my country. The rulers want only parties they accept, coming from my country, and preferably controlled by the government, to be able to operate. I think it's a bit unfair, because people should have a free choice here. Wherever these sites operate, they have a certain license, somewhere they pay taxes, and I would pay the winnings in my country anyway. At least I think it would.

thats the problem, you dont pay anything, because you can transfer money on several ways and goverment cant have anything from it! on this way sites would pay tax and they would earn something! if you lose money, this money go from country and you dont spend anything here, so again goverment dont have anything from you!

If someone is honest, he will pay tax in his country no matter how he pays. As far as I know, in my country it is so that if I receive any winnings, even from another country, I am obliged to account for it and pay the appropriate tax. However, I know people and I know that many of them (not all) do not show such prizes in the settlement, hence the government restricts the use of websites, e.g. casinos operating in other countries.
