Well, in Germany players have it better than in my country. 12% with me, and with them 5% from each bet, whether it is won or lost. 7% is a huge difference. They should somehow improve this law so that everything is legal for everyone and make one regulation at least for the entire EU ... There are few legal operators in my place. And because of these taxes, it's not very profitable for people to play, and operators go bankrupt...
