One thing is looking at it differently, but there is no justification for starting war. Russia is agressor , started war and still going. All the talk about different point of views is irrelevant. Nobody else started that conflict. Nobody else can stop it.

Yes, probably. Russian goverment has never cared about peoples lives, not even theyr own people, and nothing has changed over the years. Was it the czar, communists or now putler.
