Its hard to say, so many great slots in 20 years! Just know that for many years one of top was starburst from netent company!

Ah! Starburst! Nice one. NetEnt make so nice video slots. I have a crush with their music related ones:Guns N Roses, Ozzy Ouzbourne, Jimmy Hendrix and Motörhead. Nice play modes and bonuses, medium volatility and nice (and some very funny) designed. And the music... Cooool!!
