Did you look at the hand history? If not then do it. Perhaps you will find the answer. And post here this hand plz. So that Shaun could say something about that. I also heard about some problems on action poker in some thread and Shaun said that action poker will compencate that.

but how? The handhestory doas not work? I dont know how to look at? But Shaun could. I mean ther was just this table taht was runing taht time. And the time is- last 10 min before i sand the firs mail. I did not play loats of hands. 40max. And ma had was 35, hit the gotshot on the river with 4.

You can. Go to options/hand history. Try it. I didn't acyually try it but it must work.

No, sorry . I have try it, but i dont know what to do there. There is writen taht i can save my handhistory for last 30 days, but i cant pres the save butan.

I think he played a hand and won, but it looks like a side pot issue. Think he belives he won more than he got? but is unable to chek his history to back it up.
Some times it works sometimes it don't
