it is very good for the players from the two countries and this must be done in all countries if peoples work for that. This must be imitated because it adds to confidence and the players want that.
tbh I think the players rather have something else - like how about not limiting their stakes when they finally start winning for example... Many sportsbooks will put you on a blacklist and severly limit your stakes as soon as you keep frequently winning against them on bettingmarkets where they have beatable odds. Self-imposed deposit limits won't make your gambling safer rather just limits your overall losses.
